Enabling Agent Review
Organization admins enable the Agent Review, configure which environments require governance, set the minimum governance threshold, and add reviewers.
Prerequisites
- You must be an org owner or admin to configure agent review.
- Agent Review is available on all plans. Organizations on any plan can enable it.
- At least one other org member should be available to serve as a reviewer.
Key settings
| Setting | Options | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Agent Review Enabled | On / Off | Master toggle. When off, agents deploy without agent review. |
| Require Environment | None, Non-Prod Only, Production Only, Both | Controls which agent environments need review governance before activation. |
| Minimum Approvals | 1, 2, 3, ... | Number of reviewer “approve” votes required before a submission passes. |
Navigate to Agent Review page
Go to AI Company → Agent Reviewin the dashboard sidebar. If you're an org admin, you'll see three tabs: Submissions, Members, and Settings.
Open Settings and enable agent review
Click the Settings tab. Toggle Agent Review Enabled to on. This immediately gates agent deployment for your organization.
Set the environment requirement
Choose which agent environments require review governance:
- None — Agent Review is enabled but not required (advisory mode).
- Non-Prod Only — Only non-production agents need governance.
- Production Only — Only production agents need governance.
- Both — All agents need governance regardless of environment.
Set the minimum approvals threshold
Enter the number of reviewer votes required for a submission to pass. The default is 1. For higher-security environments, set this to 2 or more to require consensus.
Add reviewers
Switch to the Members tab. Click Add Member and select org members from the dropdown. Each member can optionally enable per-submission notifications to be alerted when new agents are submitted for review.
