Usage & Governance
Track your governed agents, requests routed through Clevername, and CleverGuard scanning activity. Monitor your governance footprint across all AI interactions.
What is tracked
Clevername tracks governance activity — not LLM costs (those go to your provider via BYOK). The usage dashboard shows:
- Governed agents — active agents managed through guardrail profiles and Agent Review approval
- Requests routed — total AI requests routed through Clevername's gateway via your BYOK keys
- Tokens scanned — tokens inspected by CleverGuard for policy compliance
Plan limits
Each plan includes a governed agent allowance. Free includes 5 governed agents, Pro ($29/mo) includes 25, Team ($40/seat/mo) includes the same 25 base, and Enterprise is unlimited. Pro and Team can both expand with +5-agent packs at $10/mo each. Requests routed through your BYOK keys and tokens scanned by CleverGuard are unlimited on every tier — Clevername does not meter LLM usage.
Open the Usage dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing. The Usage This Month section shows your current governance metrics at a glance.
Review governed agents
The Governed Agents card shows how many agents are actively managed by Clevername. This count includes all agents with guardrail profiles, regardless of whether they are currently running or idle.
Review agent governance breakdown
Scroll to the Agent Governance section to see a per-agent breakdown. Each agent shows its name, status (active/inactive), and action count over the last 30 days.
