What is AI Company?
AI Company is the agent deployment and management platform within Clevername. It provides a unified dashboard at /dashboard/ai-company where you can create agents, organize them into departments, dispatch work items, and monitor performance and costs across your entire AI workforce.
Dashboard overview
The main dashboard displays four stat cards at the top: Active Agents, Work in Progress, Pending Approvals, and Open Escalations. Below that, a department grid shows all departments with their member and agent counts, status, and budget utilization. Quick actions let you create agents, dispatch work, or manage departments without navigating away.
Agent lifecycle
- Create an agent using the New Agent Wizard (14-step form).
- Draft status — the agent exists but cannot process work.
- Agent review — if the Agent Review is enabled, the agent must be approved.
- Active — the agent can receive and process work items.
- Monitor — track performance, costs, and errors in real time.
